Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 35bdd ("35bdd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at 35bdd.bet and all services offered through it. Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 35bdd platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of 35bdd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Limitation of Liability

Suspension and Closure of Accounts

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited activities listed above.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 35bdd.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity connected to the account.

Where an account is closed by 35bdd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to forfeiture may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 35bdd's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will not be returned in circumstances of a breach.

Changes to These Terms

35bdd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
